Westbourne Partners is a recruitment company who needed an identity refresh that can also be rolled out across their three new sub-brands. This is to filter and make the process easier in finding a specific job in a specific sector – increasing things like SEO, traffic, and more importantly the number of applicants applying through their websites.

We simplified the current logo mark and designed three other similar style versions to keep a visual relationship across the identities. One of the main aspects to this project was redesigning their website. Similar to the logo designs, we rolled out the same template across the sub-brands.
Not only did we update the current theme, but we also implemented a new way of filtering jobs, presenting latest related news and company info in a clearer way than its previous website.
